There should be a new version of poisoning potion to work on most targets at lvl 60.
With many people complaining about insufficent space on command bars it came to my mind, that they maybe won't implement nwe poison pots.
Since it's just another defined sum of damage (8x raidtime/CD-duration x damage; a bit more for SMN with garuda) this item comes into question if you want to discard an action players are supposed to do (for max. damage).
