LF BRD/MCH for AS3+ progression

About us: We are a semi-hardcore group that have raided together for a little over a year, progressing through content at a relatively quick pace. We were able to achieve clears in Savage T6-T9 post 2.3 patch, and will continue to attempt to clear whatever the game throws at us.

Schedule: 8pm - 11pm EDT, Sunday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday are off nights for real life stuff.

The ideal candidate would be somebody who can make those times regularly, and in the rare event they are unable to, would let us know beforehand. The ideal candidate should be able to pull their own weight, offer input, and offer constructive(not cynical) criticism. A sense of humor would also go a long way.
