Lower level mass production HQ macros?

I used to have a set of L 1 - 50 mass production HQ macros but my machine crashed. And my back up machine crashed.

I no longer have them.

Anyone have a link to a set of L 1 - 50 mass production HQ macros?

Thanks but I HATE watching videos.

I had picked them up form threads here that are now burried 10 - 20 pages down. I searched till I was cross eyed. Couldn't find one of them again.
