TP Bar for Party Members - Live letter

So with the implementation of TP bars in 3.07 will you be giving us the ability to turn it off if we don't want to see it? I am a healer. I do not care what other players TP bars are at, it is simply an eye sore.

Let me make myself perfectly clear lol...

I think the feature is a WONDERFUL addition and is very much needed and necessary.

What I was originally trying to ask was simply, will I have the ability to turn it off, can I hide it like I can with other UI HUD display items. Yes it will be great for people, but it will also be useless for others. So I am just wondering if they considered this and will we have the ability to hide it.

I'm happy I was a rage outlet for some of you, have a better day. Oh and btw for all of you literal weirdos out there... it's called, a figure of speech. When somebody says something is an eye sore, they typically do not :actually: mean that their EYES ACTUALLY HURT. rofl...


Most days I truly love all of you guys, but sometimes you really amaze me with how quickly you jump on people. /facepalm


oh and thank you Dekal for pointing that out about AST, I was not aware of that. :) I guess what I meant was, from my point of view, it isn't a necessary feature to have. Only from my classes POV. It is definitely a great addition, but it would just be nice to hide it like other HUD items. :)

you have to remember that AST is a healer class that can draw cards and can give TP reductions so it would be very useful for them to see whom to give that card /dps or to the tank(PLD/WAR)/. I can see that for the other two healer classes wouldn't be useful, but don't use the healer class as an excuse to say, and I quote " I am a healer. I do not care what other players TP bars are at, it is simply an eye sore."

It will be good for NIN to know who to use Goad on.

It's been TP restoration since 3.05 at least.

Nah it more like "Oh that line hurts my eyes" category.

They've said they'd only be adding the number, and not a bar to match. That may have changed, though. At any rate, they'll hopefully let you turn if off if you don't want it.

It's just a little line, why the hell your eyes gonna be sore? OCD much?
