PS4 - Headphones going mono

Hello,

Despite reading the top thread I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place or if it is a bug, but let me know if it is a bug.

I wear headphones when playing on the PS4, but it seems that, on very infrequent occasions, the in-game music does not play through the left speaker, but it does so on the right. (other sounds are unaffected)

This appears to happen when I plug my new USB headphones into the PS4, but it also happened with my old headphones, which I plugged into the base of my controller.

I should also note that this does not happen on any other game I play on the PS4, just FFXIV.

Are other players experiencing this?

Although I can't help you with what is causing it, I have come across this a few times also, so you're not alone. (In my case plugging headphones into the controller).
