The Rising Event - Level Requirement?

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to read this. ^^

I am brand new to the forums, so if I am in the wrong location, please let me know and I'll figure out how to remove this post and apply it to the appropriate place.

Anywho, I was wondering if the new event has a level requirement? I managed to get enough levels to do the Moonfire Faire (Yay! ^^), however, I am unsure about this new one. I was really hoping to participate, so I was just wondering if I need to level in advance prior to the event.

We have very little info on the event so I wouldn't be able to say, but at level 46 (possibly even higher when the event is actually here) you should be good to go!

Perfect! Thank you so much! ^^ I just wasn't sure because the two minions are based off of NPCs I haven't seen before so I wasn't sure if they are just event NPCs or in relation to the main scenario.

Event FATEs will be in Central Thanalan and West Thanalan.
So i think it will be around lv 5-15

Probably not bellow 15, since that's what you need to get airship pass.

Last Year's Rising event was available at level 15. But then again, last year's Moonfire Faire was as well, whereas this year they seem to have changed it to 30. :(
