[Request] Please add new PS4 trophies for Heavensward!

Hiya!

I am pretty sure it doesn't apply to PC users, but most PS4 players enjoy the trophy hunting. Since this is an expansion and all other PS4 games receive more trophies after a game expansion, I would like to have an additional set of trophies for heavensward. My suggestion would be adding ''Alexander Savage'' trophies. Most of us have the platinum trophy but may receive another platinum trophy when we are at 100% again (after adding new trophies of course).

What do you (PS4 players only) think about adding new trophies for Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward?

I play on my PS4 once in a blue moon and honestly I couldn't care less, I don't even care about the in-game achievements. But then I come from a generation the predates this kind of thing, where the satisfaction of beating a level or game was enough.

Please don't presume you speak for "most ps4 players". I'm on PS4, and I don't need the console patting me on the head every time I clear or craft something. Trophies/achievements are a banal waste of development time and always have been.

Well most of my PS4 friends actually do like a new addition so a minority, which you two are part of, are just satisfied with basics. I think it would be a great addition due to the fact you can actually work on trophies while playing this game.

I remember back in the day playing on the Atari if you took a picture of your screen with a super high score and sent it in they would give you patches:

Actually had a real thing to show off if you were so inclined. Never actually saw any in public though. My brother actually tried it once but couldn't get a good pic of the screen. Of course wouldn't know it until you developed the film (yes you actually had to do that) days later and the game was off because only had one TV in the whole house

But the whole virtual trophy thing, yeah whatever I don't pay any attention to them. I remember playing Fallout NV on hardcore mode for a "special reward" if you did the whole main story hardcore. So I tried it and all I got was some trophy, whoo hoo. BFD.

1) For the love of god, stop using Comic Sans.

2) Why do you need trophies on top of in-game achievements?

The reason why I want to have trophies besides in-game achievements is..... to level my trophy level on psn of course! dah!

Absolutely no interest in getting trophies; I'd disable them completely if I had the option. I'd much rather see development going into something that benefits all players.

I a ps4 player thinks trophy hunting is stupid and am fine with the current ones
