Steps:
quests asking for "Star sapphire and Star ruby music box" Not available despite level. Aurum Regis planisphere has dissappeared from crafting log also.

My logs show them fine.

The majority of Lv.60 crafting quest turn-ins and many Lv.59-60 recipes are from the master books you can buy with blue crafting scrips. If I recall, CUL is the only crafter that does not need their master book to finish their Lv.60 quest.
