I usually have bad luck when running with friends because we take stuff less seriously.

He probably needs all the extra health he can get. He is a dragoon after all.

This is partly why I do roulettes in the first place. You never know what you're gonna get.

I got a DRG in Ramuh EX with full law and Gordian gear but had the Longinus equipped... The party refused to kick him >.>, even after I saw him standing on the island doing nothing with arbiters up...

Your tank also has less HP than you.
By the way, I still can see that player's name in your target bar.
