Is it just me or are cooldown timers wonky?
Was on R50 Archer and when i use multishot it counts down from 10.(in 1.18 it was 15seconds) But i will only be able to use it 2-3 seconds after timer ends.
Seems to be similar across all skills. >< noticed approximately 5 seconds missing on all timers?
Kinda irritating when you hit skills and nothing happens.
I CAN CONFIRM. THIS SUCKS. sorry for caps lol. but like... my pummel can be up for a good 10 seconds, and i'm literally mashing it. no dice, no execution. same with second wind II and good bit of other abilities.

Happened to me before 1.19 (and was especially annoying during gathering). Logging off then logging back in corrected the lag.
relogging didnt really work for me. :(
Just checked again today, my timers are actually 15 seconds off. hitting multishot gives it no cooldown.
Nope. You're right. Timers are way off than before! Not just for archer but for every other job as well.
