Beginner SEA player, QUESTIONS :D

Greetings, I am a newbie from Indonesia, console player w/ standard PS4 mic, my English is fluent-ish :cool: .

I am currently playing on Jenova NA server, and regretting a high latency :( , now I am planning on transferring to Tonberry. I read somewhere that the server has populations of AU/NZ/SEA. Is it true?

I am willing to join any FC from anywhere who are willing to help, and will progress along :cool: . But Tonberry now seems to have character creation restriction, is it possible if I move while the world on this state? have anyone ever experience this?
