missing Air current quest

I completed the quest "Search and Rescue" Sea of clouds x17,y37 but the quest is not showing in my journal neither under active or completed and i am missing that air current, the quest giver has no open quests and my only active quest for the area is "the limitless blue" completed on 08/17/2015. I am a bit upset as this means i will not be able to fly in that area which could impact my progression. :( could someone look into this please.

Are you sure you did it? You need to do a quest in The Pillars first, "Honoring the Past."

^ This. One of the Sea of Clouds aethercurrent quests is actually an Ishgard quest, not Sea of Clouds. Very confusing, honestly...

I did it, i have a screen shot of the completion dialog from my event log

omg it let me do this before without doing the ishgard part :p thank you guys
