Can't call and report Bugs/Call GM

The option to call a GM is completely grey'd out. I've reloaded, and tried time and time again. It was working perfectly fine until the other day it just stopped working. You can't click anything on the menu, or type anything. You can't send a blank report. Cant Report Harassment, Cheating, A bug, Or even leave a suggestion. None of those options are working for me. The menu pops up you just can't enter anything, or send it. Doesn't matter what zone I'm in. If I'm in an instant or not. Can't use this function at all.
