gathering tome failure

three weeks ago I gathered blue scripts and purchased a miining tome. I opened it and only 1 item appeard in my gathering log,the right side was blank. Everyone I spoke to had 2 items for each tome. One on the left and one on the right. I purchased the remaining 5 tomes and opened each one. With the 6 tomes I should have had 6 items I can mine/gather with each job. In both cases I only had 2 items on the left side of my gathering log and none on the right. Only 4 items instead of 12.
I was able to look on google and see what nodes were missing and could still mine them. I really want them in my log.
I have not purchased the fishing tomes because when I open them and nothing shows as in my other tomes thre is nowhere I can look to see what they are giving me.
This has been going on for over two weeks. 5 ingame bug reports, two email reports of the problem, and 3 phone calls and never a response to try to resolve the problem.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is absurd.
