Steps:
1. I play on English client.
2. I see chat from people, who play on Japanese/French/German, and I get their own language as auto-translation on my chat when they use <t> or <item>.
3. Here's example: "The Dravanian Forelands (18,38) Rank B - Gnath-Kometendrohne" when it should read "Gnath-Cometdrone" on my chat. Several other occasions people have shouted monster's name that appears as a completely different name and people have had to ask what kind of a monster they are announcing.
4. Another example: Verschlissener Savant-Mantel appears on my chat log, but since it's German, I have no idea what it is until I hover mouse over it to get item information to pop up.
