LF Raid Team

ilvl191 bard lf a dps spot with a raid group. I have reached as1 up until enrage (appx. 12%). Our previous static had to disband due to schedule conflicts. I always strive to perform my best. My every day goal is to always study how I can improve playing my job class and each raid instance. I watch a lot of videos and notate the things that I think can help me improve. I can make my own food/pots buffs, I usually cap my tomes in 2-3 days. I have access to Mumble, TS, Vent, and PS4 chat.
The raid times best for me would be from 6pm-10pm Mt (Wed, Fri,& Sat are the days I would prefer to go but I'm willing to negotiate on that), I am willing to go overtime occasionally.
The type of raid group I would like to play with is with people who are fun, not flaky, serious about clearing content, share similar values in self improvement, don't put each other down, help each other clear other content, willing to be friends outside of raids.

Are you able/willing to server transfer? If so, I think you would be a perfect fit for our raid group. Raid times are compatible, and we have very similar mindset - motivated, positive, and always focused on improving. We have cleared A2S for the past 2 weeks, and we are looking for 1 more DPS for A3S progression. We are prepared to invest time into teaching A1/A2 to get the right player for our final dps spot.
