Windows 10 Japanese IME phrase candidate list not hooking into the FF14 UI

When I would type using Japanese IME in Windows 7, then hit space bar to open phrase candidate list to change over to kanji, it would "hook" into the FF14 UI and open right at the chat box in 14's UI design/colors (occasionally it would bug out, but if i alt tabbed out and in, it fixed right back to the way it was supposed to be).

In Windows 10, this behavior does not occur, the list always opens as the Windows 10 version of the list and in the lower right hand side of the screen (opposite of my chat box...). This is extremely frustrating.

A. I don't know if I should post this as a bug-report.
B. Are there any other players out there also experiencing this? I'm sure english speaking players that type japanese and are trying Windows 10 in FF14 are probably in the minority.
C. Anyone have a way to resolve this (unless its literally a problem square needs to fix, by updating the game to hook the new Win 10 IME properly)?

I'm having the same proble, the convertion list pops me out to desktop everytime. Its getting annoying.
