There’s probably a thread rolling around about this already, but I can’t seem to find anything about it so I figured I’d ask here.
Is there a way to add multiple hot bars (I kind of sort of know how to do that) that only sure certain class moves? Because right now I have a bard hot bar with crafting/gathering skills (from another hot bar) and its getting tedious cycling through them all.

Some of the hotbars (1+2 or 1-4, don't remember off the top of my head) can be slotted with different abilities for each class/job and they will change when you change jobs. The others will carry over and have the same abilities slotted no matter what you are, so slot your abilities into the appropriate hotbar.
Under the Hotbar options in the settings menu, there is a section specifically for sharing hotbars. Check the box next to the hotbars you want shared between all jobs. The un-checked boxes will changed based on your current job. Careful though, when you change the setting it may wipe the hotbar and you'll have to put all the abilities back in.
In the hotbars section of the Character Options window, there are settings for sharing them. You can select which hotbars and cross-hotbars you want shared among all classes/jobs and which you want to be class/job specific. (The initial default is that the first few are class/job specific and the later ones are shared, but you can arrange that however you want.)
