Does Inferno Horn drop from an undersized clear in The Bowl of Embers Extreme? Same goes for vortex feather, crag heart, etc... and do we roll for it?

All I can say for sure is that Kingly Whisker from mog king does NOT drop in undersized. I am fairly certain that none of the other does as well. Only whats in the chest and TT cards.

I got the pony and 4 Ifrit cards to show for it. Inferno horn, crags heart etc. Are individual loot. No rolling required. It goes straight into your inventory. There is a chance of one dropping when you defeat the primal and it is randomly allocated to one person. So its down to RNG if you will get one. I don't think these drop in undersized parties though.

There are three types of loot that can drop:
Loot that drops in chests will still drop as normal in undersized parties, as chests still generate just like normal.
Loot rewarded to individual players by the instance will still drop as normal. This covers, for instance, Triple Triad cards from dungeons/primals, or Diamond Dust from Akh Afah Extreme - things that you don't see whether other players got, and whether other players recieved it or not doesn't impact whether or not you will get it.
Loot that drops off an enemy directly does not drop in undersized parties. This primarily covers crafting material drops - anything that you can see other players receiving when an enemy dies.
