[Suggestion] Add support for explicit buff activation and deactivation to macros

Many jobs have stance type buffs the player may wish to activate and deactivate in combat. Examples being Cleric Stance, Darkside, etc.

It's frustrating to bounce these skill back onto cooldown in the heat of battle, particularly exacerbated by the command queue's internal latency.

Please provide an explicit way to activate these actions in the following form;

/ac "Cleric Stance" <me> ON

and

/ac "Cleric Stance" <me> OFF

This provides the desired quality of life improvement without stepping too close to over automation that might be reached by implementing, say,

/cancelbuff "Cleric Stance"..."Blood for Blood"...etc.
