Need pvp exp actions and scrolls!

A bit of a rant coming so be forewarned.

I started playing FFXIV shortly after ramuh ex was released. I love the game. Spent the majority of my time at end game pushing my relic weapon forward because I was motivated by the prize at the end of each junction. Never touched pvp because quite frankly I hated the realm reborn pvp gear which in my opinion would be my source of motivation to pvp at all. Now with heavensward and the sealed rock Im in love with the new sets and while chaotic have found pvp to be entertaining. Here is where the problem comes in. While I understand the pvp rank system as well as having a set restriction on the gear. What baffles me is that I have to grind out the same amount of pvp rank exp to cover the entirety of realm reborn's pvp ranks before I can even scratch the heavensward pvp exp grind so that I can even glamour gear that I would have long since had already bought. Its ridiculous

A member of my FC compared it to starting to craft but the major difference is you can use FC actions and scrolls to alleviate that burden. So far the only pvp related buff effects the amount of marks we get. This is a near insurmountable barrier for new players such as myself especially when depending on when Im online que times could go as long as 2 hours before anything comes up. Please its a simple request for a simple fix. Give us a FC action to increase pvp rank exp by 10% and give us scrolls to increase pvp rank exp by 50% same as the gathering and crafting scrolls. I dont care if they only work up till a point just give us something.

It took me a moment to figure out what you meant by scrolls. The manuals, right? I could totally see that. They should increase any PvP EXP gained at the end of a Wolves' Den or Frontlines match, but not effect other sources of PvP EXP (Daily PvP "Roulette" and PvP Challenge Log rewards). Kind of like how the Crafting/Gathering ones only effect EXP gained via Crafting/Gathering, and not from quests and leves.

As someone who has access to FC buffs, I was surprised to see the lack of PvP EXP perks. These should definitely be a thing. I mean, they even have Companion EXP perks, FFS.

As an aside, you didn't actually need to post twice. You can get around the character limit in a post by editing it.

I too was confused by the title but I agree with you, we need a way to buff exp gained from PVP matches. Heck, the best way I can think of is a reasonably low level craftable food that gives +EXP, +VIT & +PIE - the important stats in PvP IMHO.
