Keyboard settings aren't absolute

Configuring the keyboard seems to be a bit off... Yes, I can change my camera movement to anything I want (And LOVING it!), but the IJKL button still work as camera movement (nothing has been set to these keys), although pretty badly. Seems like it keeps alternating the camera movement buttons between IJKL and the arrows/shift+arrows that I have, so it stutters a little bit.
