The Warden's Paean and the lack of it's use

Tried out the ability and it's really good for incoming status attacks, but to be it for 1 pty member makes it to where it's not good to use in certain situations. If they were to change the ability to hit everyone, it would be better, yet at the same time would have to make it to where it's not spammable....unless it's shared w/ the other songs, but refresh every 5-10 secs after the song blocks the effect maybe? Idk.

It's 1 of the complaints I have w/ the BRD's new ability.

...just make it somewhat like Protect

party wide buff, 30 min duration

also, SE can throw Bard a bone and make it so it blocks any debuff/ailment once...ANY debuff/ailment in the game, the song should be able to prevent it once like the tootip says

This, or make it so Battle Voice turns it into AoE.

or just remove/change it and give bards a usefull skill ?

Aka no, that's a retarded idea but it does need a rework.

I disagree with the complaints about it; I think it's a fantastic ability. It's only issue is that there isn't really any status in the game right now. If there were more opportunities to use it, I guarantee your minds would change.

Also you don't need to cast it on everyone, just yourself.

It's a preventive measure, which means it is really only beneficial on you, unless someone specifically asks for it.

Take any chimera fight for instance. You can cast it on yourself and stay out during dragons voice, and just get hit with the measly aoe and not have to stop your dps. But let's say you cast it on a blm...they are probably going to just run in anyway, unless there is that communication and they know they can stay out and not get paralyzed.

I heard a good use of it for War, pop it on them so they don't get pacified after berserk.

uh huh and what would your suggestion be besides 're work'?

...hate on it like most do already on some of these boards and have SE replace/remove it?

It can be a useful move, just needs to be tweaked, like a few other things on Bard.
