Seriously IF you do not play HW or FFXIV please reliquish your house spot so that REAL players can claim it since your fault for being a hog sport :( there so many people who already claimed the spots but never built or never online anymore (moved on) ...

They should have an inactivity kick, like with FC leaders. Maybe just for a longer time, like 6 months instead of just one.
