I merely wished to state (brag, rather) regarding the service I received from Gm Axafidonx tonight. I was contacted very swiftly after putting in my request for help - far faster than any MMO I have played in past.

Given the somewhat sensitive nature of the matter I sought help in, I was greatly relieved of the empathy & understanding shown to me throughout our conversation - Gm Axafidonx was thorough in their questions regarding the issue and was incredibly friendly throughout.

People like Gm Axafidonx are in no small part what makes FFXIV so enjoyable, and to know that a strong & kind staff populate the support team only improves the experience.
