Game doesn't save gearsets and hotbars

Hi since last week every time I log out of the game the next time I log in my gearsets and hotbars aren't saved even though I use the update button and I'm playing on the same pc every day.

Please help it's driving me nuts to always replace actions on hotbars and reequip all the gear on all my classes.

So I deleted everything and redid all my hotbars and equipement sets yesterday and to my surprise when logged in today everything I had done yesterday was gone. So like my game doesn't save hotbars and equipment sets.

Please help cause in-game support directs me to ask here.
