PS4 Login screen not displaying

:(is anybody else having issues with the login screen on PS4? When I try to log in I get a black background with no box to input login. It has been like this for 2 days. I have reinstalled the game and rebuilt database on console, nothing has worked. The game is completely unplayable because I can not login and I have no idea what is causing it.

When that happens to me, I just hit the PS button then press it again and it will usually force pop the login menu. Can also try holding PS button for a few more seconds and try the mini menu too. Hope that helps.
