Change Crystal Tower to PvP style queue

As other threads have stated, something needs to be done with the queues for CT/ST/WoD.

What I am proposing is that the dungeon allow for 8-, 16- and 24-man set ups. How this could work is that the bosses be scaled depending on the number of participants, and areas that normally needed 3 seperate parties could operate with less.

Examples:
Atomos fight in CT: 8-man Simply block access to the middle and right side lanes and the fight progresses as normal (4 people stay on platform, 4 on Atomos).

Behemoth: 8-man Only 1-2 towers need to be deal with (one by OT and a 2nd could easily be covered by a dps), Adds' and Boss' HP scaled to a third of normal

I have some friends who have returned from a LONG break and they really want to see the CT storyline but the queues simply dont fill and they end up sitting in a dead queue for over 45 min feeling frustrated

I agree with this a LOT. People who also need their i120 gear(and don't want to grind for their poetics) on their left side would be better off if Crystal Tower Queues weren't horrendous. I get the More than 30m Queue EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. In all seriousness, this just proves that CT is now in the trash bin due to people flocking to HW. I am rarely getting queues anymore for that and WoD, honestly, but I suppose it's just how the game is made: Progress with gear/story, get BiS Gear, do another class until all are 60 and fully geared for anything.

This. Just give high lvl relevant rewards so that they'll keep queueing for CT raid group.
