hi i just started to play FFXIV and i see everyone has different classes and was just wondering how do i level up my rank in different classes as i tried to do a quest from a different class and was stumped as what to do when i got there

hi i just started to play FFXIV and i see everyone has different classes and was just wondering how do i level up my rank in different classes as i tried to do a quest from a different class and was stumped as what to do when i got there
What quest and what class?
To level up in a different class, equip a weapon of that class. If you equip a Scepter, you become a Thaumaturge. Then reset your skills and kill/quest for XP as THM.
