Returning player and ARR quest queue times

Hi all! I am working through the ARR quests so that I can get into the Heavensward content - can some people queue for The Chrysalis? I've been waiting for over 25 mins as a tank... Can't move past this quest until people join the duty finder. I would really like to unlock the new classes this week.

Anyone else coming back that noticed a similar delay in moving through content?

U can do MSQ dungeons solo now with no level sync. Take note, end bosses have some I-Win buttons and you either need to get clear of the AoE or on certain ones you need two minimum but they can still be 2 level 60's or 50's and steamroll it.
