NIN: Small Change to mudra activation to alieviate lag issues

I am wanting to ask if it would be possible to change the requirement of Ninjutsu having to be executed immediately after the mudra combination? I recently picked my ninja back up to level it from 50, and I am enjoying the class again but I quickly was reminded of the frustrations felt when actions my lag slightly.

Example:
Chi>Jin>Ten>Ninjutsu
Animation for Huton looks like it has gone off on my screen, so I hit another ability, only to get a two second GCD lock out (hotbar goes grey, cant use any skills and my character just stands there), Huton fails to activate, and then I am stuck without Huton until mudra timers cool down, or a massively waste Kassatsu to get it up.

What I am hoping is that the Ninjutsu skill can be treated as an off-GCD, but with a 3-5 second window to be able to activate it... so that if I happen to get a stupid hotbar lockout (caused by latency issues between my client and the server), I can still activate the Ninjutsu and not be so harshly penalised over something that is outside my control).

A small change like this would not have too huge of an impact on players without lag but would certainly help players with lag/hotbar locking up in being able to better get their ninjutsu skills off

I agree with this. There are a few things to I'd like to add, which would be beneficial to players that have mudra lag. Increase the time for ninjutsu activation between mudra's from 5 seconds to 10 seconds. This would give people enough time to activate the ninjutsu if they are experiencing really bad mudra lag or server lag. I just feel 5 seconds is not enough time to cast ninjutsu if SE is not going to fix the mudra lag.

Another thing that would help would be to remove the failing of the mudra/ninjutsu if any other ability, spell, or weaponskill is used before the mudras are combined and the ninjutsu executed. There are many times where like the OP, it shows the ninjutsu activated on my screen, so I assume it has been recorded by the server, and I continue on with using my other skills, only to have it fail and all my mudra's/ninjutsu hotbar skills are on a 20 second cooldown because of packet loss. It is really frustrating to deal with this on a daily basis.

I would like to see that change, I run into the lag while setting up a Suiton to Trick Attack combo, for it to turn into a rabbit hat when I try to get the jutsu combination too fast.
