Updating Patch Internet help

This patch is taking a longtime to finish... Its taking me good 8hrs... that normal?

My Downloading Speed goes 0.0b/s alot for long periods.

My Uploading Speed goes 33.0~40.0kb/s

Around 5-17 Local Connections and 0 Remote Connections

I did a internet speed test on http://speedtest.net/ and I got:

Ping 21
Download Speed 21.19
Upload Speed 0.46

Is there a way to speed this patch up?

Can now confirm that the downloaded patch works. Took me 5min to download the 600mb. Have fun and see you in game :-)
