HW smn questions

My static and I started doing savage Alexander and I need some advice on how to optimize my dps as best I can.
I've been using Sleighs opener from Hai Hai's guide at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...x.6riizxhrpuix but I don't know if that's the best one for me. My problem is getting DWT up fast enough at the start without sacrificing DPS to get attunement. I was just waiting to use 3 festers then turn on DWT+RS but that takes me 30 secs to get ready. Some other things I have questions about because I don't run the numbers or a parser.

1: When I turn on DWT is it better to throw in a maisma 2 before contagion or is it more dps to replace it with another ruin 3?

2: Same as #1 but with shadowflare. Is it better for me to use it in DWT for the 10% bonus dmg or use another ruin 3?

3: In Sleighs opener I feel I'm getting the hang of it but some of my static members are telling me I should always get 2 festers when in DWT. I find unless I make some adjustments with this opener I can't do that. I have to hold off on something for fester to be rdy before turning on DWT.

I don't feel bad about my dps. When we were doing t13 back in RR I was always in 3rd no matter what I did. I couldn't top our blm in nearly any turn. Now that HW's is out I'm usually top or 2nd place and I may be the lowest ilvl because I hate hunts so I never cleansed my yasha gear. Also I wasn't able to go into regular Alexander until 2 weeks ago. Now I'm about i185 and I got my i200 weapon but were at a stand still as far as progression goes on A1 and I'm making sure the problem has nothing to do with what I'm doing.

1. A Miasma 2 with contagion is 120 potency and so is Ruin 3. I'd stick with ruin 3.
2. This is in Hai Hai's guide on pg 30. Long story short don't use shadowflare in DWT for single target.
3. Out side of the opener on single target, you want 2 festers during a DWT. Sleigh's opener is based on getting the most use out of your pot and group wide damage buffs.
