I agree with you on everything except for the 3 one...people can hardly do the normal mode without pulling the whole place and dying ><

WANT HM AV! Must have it! Its one of my favorite places...

They stated somewhere that they wouldn't be doing an AV hard mode since it was one of the 1.0 dungeons and would be to much work for the team to complete the dungeon while working on other things.

Well that's because of level sync. At level 60, the dungeon will be a joke on release.
