So, I have no clue how much gil is needed to purchase housing atm.
Can anyone help me understand the market on Leviathan?
Also- if anyone has any idea of how much the new house plots will cost....i'd really like to know.
I know I can't afford one in game atm but i'm very curious as to how expensive they must be due to all the inactives taking up space. :cool:
These prices are from previous records. Housing prices are based on how much gil is on the server, so these numbers will likely change.
Small : 4,000,000 to 5,000,000
Medium: 30,000,000 to 37,500,000
Large: 70,000,000 to 87,500,000
Note, this is just the cost to buy the land. It does not include the cost you need to build a house and furnish it.

Note that this information pertains to the pricing and plots that are in the game now when they were originally made available, and not housing plots that may be released in the future. Of course as noted above, pricing could change due to how much gil is in circulation on any given server at the time new plots are made available.
Long story short: you need LOTS of gil. ;)
