Gathering logs stuck at level 45

I completed the level 45 class quests for both mining and botany but my gathering logs won't advance to level 46-50. I have the Heavensward expansion. Not sure what to do.

Ya. I'm not sure if it true for the whole process, though I suspect it is.

The log changes at the 1 and 6 of every tier. Not the 0 and 5. (ie 11, 16, 21, 26, not 10, 15, 20, 25)

This is true and has nothing to do with class quest progression. You won't see any level 55 nodes until you hit 51, for example, though there are some level 50 3-star nodes in Heavensward areas that you could use at level 50 if your stats are high enough.
