"Your retainer did not respond"

For three days now, I have gotten this same message:
"Your retainer did not respond"

My retainer will not be summoned. I can not access my clothes, items or money from my retainer.

I thought this might have been a one time issue but it has been going on for days now.

Must be on holiday, getting malm kelp can be taxing

Never heard of that problem, but do you have extra retainers purchased and forgot to pay the bill?

No, just the original two. I can access one but not the other.
