MNK and WAR looking for a serious static group

two players that come separate or in a package:
MNK :

gear: almost full alex nm gear, eso weap
attitude: serious progression raider (cleared t9,t13 before the echo), wants to raid, manages his own food and pots, puts a high priority on raid content.
alternative jobs: WAR (but little less geared, some alex nm and ravana axe)
language: English (can use TS,mumble)

what doesn't want: to change fc, cancel the raid, to be the last of the dps on the list, to be carried

WAR :
name: Shian Mcpayass
gear: almost full alex nm, eso body, ravana axe
attitude: serious progression raider (150ilvl accessories melded), wants to raid, manages his own food and pots, puts a high priority on raid content
alternative jobs: WHM,MCH (but little less geared, ravana weapons, full 180+)
language: English (can use TS,mumble)

what doesn't want: to change fc, cancel the raid, be carried
