Quote from Aiurily, the finder:
"I got sort of annoyed at having to strictly time Flaming Arrow after a WM cast skill (so that I can cast it fast enough without clipping GCD), so I made a ghetto-ish macro that makes it a bit more lenient, while not sacrificing basically anything at all (since Flaming Arrow isn't something that can normally be queued for cast in WM, and outside of it, you still don't queue it after a GCD since the reticule appears immediately on press; you queue the click to lay it down, rather than anything else really). The difference it makes is about 0.25s more of leniency. Without the macro, the earliest I can press the Flaming Arrow ability and get it to show the reticule after the cast, is 0.05s or so. With the macro, it's about 6x as lenient, and I can press it at 0.30s and it'll still work; the reticule will show up as soon as the cast time finishes, as shown in the video.
Latency is a huge factor here, but I think this should help for everyone still. It works by basically spamming the ability for you; even without a <wait.x> command, there's an inherent delay (likely dependent on your latency) between each line of the macro, so that's how this queue system is created; and there's actually no problems that I've seen so far with using it like this. You shouldn't lose any DPS at all using this compared to using regular Flaming Arrow; and you stand to gain a fair amount.
Try it and let me know how it works out, or if it's bad in any way! The way I see it, even if it's undesirably spamming the Flaming Arrow reticule target, basically any ability actually immediately overwrites it, so if you hit the macro accidentally or something, and then a GCD/oGCD, that GCD/oGCD would go off as normal without issue. This is because the Flaming Arrow reticule itself has no animation or skill lock at all that it's possible."
