I Can't Join A Company? FIX

If you notice that you get the quest arrow to join the company but can't accept it, its because you haven't done the company quests for the other nations.

You do not have to do all of the Into the Dark & Imperial Devices for each company, but you do need to do all the others.

Sorry, no you dont. Only the old quests are required. Once you have done all the company quests that were implemented before 1.19, you can accept recruit quest.
