I am curious if these will ever be lifted for people who already have characters on the servers. To be honest, I don't believe the simple act of creating new character creates more server load at all, and would certainly allow those of us who wish to run with their newcomer friends on a fresh face to do that, or easily make alts for storage or specific RP characters!
