Fates in Coerthas Central Highlands and then in Northern Thanalan.
I joined the N Than Zerg-train at 35 with my most recent 60. Took an afternoon to get to 50.
It wil take you about 5 hours in N Thanalan (in a party, have fc bonus exp up and food) to level from 40-50.
