hello...
i'm new within ffxiv... just started a few days ago
been playng as a lancer and i want to make it as a dragoon later
but i still don't understand how to use abilities and the whole class really XD
the question is... is there a noob guide for a Lancer to Dragoon? or any help at all understanding the class/job role and functions

Not sure on a guide but the quick and dirty verson: Keep heavy thrust up. Until you have your third combo action, spam Impulse drive. Later you want to use the 3-move combo (still maintaining heavy thrust) and keep your DoT up. Then you'll get some other abilities you can weave in between the main stuff.

Follow the breadcrumbs in your class quests.
You will also need to work up Marauder to 15. -
08-07-2015, 08:27 AMT2teddyThere's no indication on your Lodestone profile that you have been playing anything but a pugilist. Level 22 so far. If you want to be a lancer/dragoon you need to go to Gridania and pick up the lancer class.Quote:
