Seems intentional. That was by far the easiest red scrip item before, so it makes sense that it wasn't adjusted.
For Morel Salad it's the same. Which is only fair, since you get all mats from MB (which you don't need if you're a botanist and have a retainer bringing you meat) for about 1/10 of the price any other class would have to pay for their mats.
