So I completed this quest quite a long time ago, before the item level 90 rewards were given to you, only rewards were the Gallant Surcoat and Hallowed Ground. Is there any way for me to get those items? I would prefer Not to pay gil.

The only way to get the i90 gear if you did the quests before the expansion is to run certain hard mode dungeons (Sastasha HM, Qarn HM, Snowcloak, and some other one). Then you have to get the loot droid that are "antique" (Antique Mail, Antique Breeches, etc) and then go to Mor Dhona and talk to Kakalan to exchange for "Vintage Gear"
