First, I recommend you to check the official directory of LGBT Free Companies, here.
Second, I'm officer of a very LGBT friendly FC: Blades of Azeyma. It's small, but very friendly, although not everybody is part of the LBGT community, we respect them, as many members of the FC are part of it, including me.
