Question regarding a Bard rotation

Hi.
I've been trying to come up with a rotation that works well with my level of latency :). During the following clip, I'd like to know if the dots get reapplied before the Hawk's Eye:

It looks like it hits just a few frames before it disappears but with the latency involved I thought I should ask just in case. Oh, and thanks in advance :).

Looks like the DoTs are reapplied in time. As for the rotation, you should be opening with blood letter and no DoTs should be used before internal release.

Isn't a pot better than Inner Release? I can't parse myself so I actually don't know, but 105 agi sounds better than 10% crit. Feel free to prove me wrong :).

The dex is good but you are giving up a very good amount of crit% which usually amounts to less blood letter procs. IMO. making blood letter proc is way more important.

Sorry I can't provide actual math but that's my personal opinion for max DPS potential.

There are many rotations out there, but let me start off saying you prioritized a GCD over your Bloodletter. Hitting Bloodletter before your Empyreal and GCDs results in a dps gain, as your procs will give a higher potency yield. For my starter, I make sure to have all buffs on before applying dots and Flaming arrow, and I start with WM off. It looks like:

(Pre-pull) Foe/Quelling/Voice (Just before the tank lobs) Hawk's/BfB Bloodletter (lob connects) Straight Shot -> Internal Release/Raging -> Heavy Shot -> Pot of Dex/WM -> Windbite -> Bloodletter -> Venomous Bite -> Barrage/EA -> Heavy Shot -> Flaming Arrow.

Replace Bloodletter before any GCD (yes, let your GCD clip over, it's a dps gain), and use any OGCDs when you can. Repelling Shot can be used, but refrain from using it if you have a skill speed+ on you from an AST or Selene.

We're talking about the opener here where you're too busy using other OGCD abilities you won't have time to use it more than twice anyway ^^. Otherwise I fully agree.
