Error 3102 How to force logout?

Error 3102:
You are still logged in into the game. Please allow a few moments for the logout process to complete. If you continue experiencing the problems, please contact customer support.

It's getting worse day by day. Lately I have been experiencing disconnection issue with my ISP (1-2 times / day) which I can check by running ping command from CLI. And this logout process itself takes about at least 5 minutes, at worst 30 minutes to just wait for my character to logout by itself.

Anything I can do to force logout my character? Since my duty finder party won't wait for me for whole 30 minutes.
