LF>Very active FC

Since I don't want to waste my entire sub applying to guilds that don't respond in any way, I'll make a post here. I have just transferred from Faerie and I'm looking for an active FC and by active I mean half of the members aren't MIA for months. What I am looking for is a FC that is semi-friendly or above, active, into doing raids ( I left Faerie because I could never find groups and the one time I did they kept failing at one particular part for about four hours and then they started bickering like children.), and has a stable environment. I don't want a fc that's full of chaos with people arguing over petty things, I expect people to have some civility. I also wouldn't mind if discussions related to politics, religion, and racism were kept out. I'm also a very avid gamer so I don't mind playing games outside of FF14 with FC members. In case of an age requirement, I am twenty-two years old.
