Solution for bad dps or ppl that can't play their jobs

Add incentives to improve DPS. For example, add a dps log (maybe called something) where if you hit a certain dps check you gain x amount of XP.

Also add in quick tutorials for new skills that players need to execute correctly instead of just handing them the new skill after the job quest is over.

So many times I've seen dragoons not use heavy thrust even though they have it. Simple fix is during that job quest, force the players to use it 3 times before they finish the quest so that they understand their new skill.
